Comic Book’s WWG has debuted what it says is reportedly key art for Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, an RPG rumored to be made in partnership between Ubisoft and Nintendo. Check out the art below:

The key art lines up with a previous report that the reported RPG will feature playable Mario characters and Rabbids dressed as Mario characters. WWG’s report also corroborates earlier rumors that Kingdom Battle is set for a possible August release.
Additionally, NintendoWorldReport has published what it claims are images used as part of the pitch and description of Kingdom Battle. The presentation says the game will be a mix of turn-based battles and exploration through four worlds in an approximate 20-hour story campaign. According to the slides, the game is being developed by Ubisoft Paris and Milan. The reports also claim Kingdom Battle will be announced at E3.
IGN has reached out to Nintendo and Ubisoft for comment about these reports and will update this article should they respond.
These current and previous reports suggest the game features eight playable characters: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, and costume-wearing Rabbid counterparts for each of them, an idea featured in the art above.
