Forza Horizon 4 Barn Finds Locations

Keeping in line with its predecessor, Forza Horizon 4–this time, set in Britain–has 15 classic and iconic British vehicles scattered across the map and hidden in barns.

A Barn Find is activated from a “barn rumor” which is either announced on the radio or through a call from Jaimin or Alex. Following the call(or announcement) a hint circle will appear on the map. This circle marks the general area in which the barn is located and where players should focus their search.

Some of these barns do have some sort of road or path to them while others can be nestled deep in a forest, isolated and cut off. Barn Finds require a keen eye due to the trees, shrubs, and sometimes shadows that can obscure the barn from view. Also, scan for dark and unusual areas while scouting the plains and hills as those are usual hiding spots for some barns.

Note: the order of barn finds may differ depending on your path, though the cars are restored in the same order. Also, unfortunately, you cannot discover a barn on your own before the area has been marked on your map. Driving up to an unmarked barn won’t trigger a discovery.

EditBarn Find #1 1986 Ford Focus Escort RS Turbo

Perched on the mountains, this barn is one of the easiest to find with it not being obstructed by any trees or landscape and sitting on a wide flat area. The surrounding peaks and valleys can obscure the view of the barn a little but not by much. Head south-east of Glen Rannoch, close to the outskirts of the hint area and keep an eye out for a cell tower from which you can easily see the barn below it.

The barn is nestled really well into the forest but once you’re through the first few trees, it’s very visible from meters away. Keep heading south-east of the Derwent Reservoir and through the forest to find the barn.

EditBarn Find #3 1962 Triumph Spitfire

A “masterpiece of British design”, the Spitfire can be found at the south-eastern part of the Railyard just outside the fence. It is almost entirely surrounded by trees which obscure it from view, even when using the drone.

EditBarn Find #4 1993 Jaguar XJ220

You can’t be blamed for zipping past this barn a few times driving in a vehicle or flying the drone. It hides on a flat wide area camouflaged into the surrounding area by some shrubbery, trees and the shadows they cast.

EditBarn Find #5 1965 Mini Cooper S

South-west of Derwent Water and just before the mountain ranges, you can find the barn in a dark sloped area obscured by trees and resting in their shadows.

EditBarn Find #6 1961 Jaguar E-Type S1

This barn sits alone in a clearing just before the forest. It should be easy to spot as the surrounding trees are a little spread out. Head south-east of Tarn Rows and towards the outskirts of the hint area.

EditBarn Find #7 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STI

This barn lies in the heart of the Lakehurst forest. South of it to be exact. Flanked by bushes and trees, it’s hidden pretty well. The barn is just off the dirt road(indicated by the dashed white lines on the map) by the T-junction.

EditBarn Find #8 1960 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato

Turns out this barn houses an incredible find. Follow the river south of the Horizon Festival Site to find the barn. Also, keep an eye out for the large farmland that’s just behind the barn.

EditBarn Find #9 1997 Lotus Elise GT1

A little south-west of the quarry, this barn should be easy to locate once you’re on the dirt roads. Searching for this barn with the drone(especially in Autumn) can be difficult because of the uneven terrain and the trees. It doesn’t help that the rusty roof of the barn blends in with the orange leaves of the bushes and trees. Drive on the dirt roads (dashed white lines on the map) that snake through the forest and you would eventually come up on the barn on one side of the road.

EditBarn Find #10 1998 TVR Cerbera Speed 12

Another easy barn find here. This one is located on a large compound south of the Greendale Airstrip. We’re also in luck because it isn’t isolated, instead, it’s part of a group of buildings on the compound. There’s a large farmland in front of the barn and some buildings behind it. You can pick this barn out with the drone easily.

EditBarn Find #11 1962 Peel P50

This barn is located in the heart of the forest West of Ashbrook and south of Uffington White Horse. There isn’t any visible track or path that leads to the barn so keep flying(if using the drone) into the forest until you come across the barn.

EditBarn Find #12 1996 MG MGB GT

While this barn isn’t hidden as much(only obscured from the nearby road by a few trees), it takes a bit of offroad driving on the wide open hills to find it. It’s a bit far away from the roads so just head north of Astmoor and find it right before the wind farm.
