Ubisoft has detailed a special Splinter Cell-themed mission coming to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands this April 10.
Michael Ironside will reprise his role as Sam Fisher for Special Operation 1, where players can join forces with the legendary spy on an infiltration mission in Bolivia.
Special Operation 1 can be played solo or with up to four players in co-op, and is a stealth mission set at night.
Sam Fisher’s trademark goggles are also available as an in-game reward for those who complete the mission before May 16.
A ‘Splinter Cell Gear Pack’ has been added to the game including a themed Karambit Knife and assault rifle as well as numerous customization items.
Wildlands’ PVP Ghost War mode will also receive a new assault class, the ‘Echelon’. The new class boasts a Sonar Pulse ability, revealing enemies through walls.
The mission launch coincides with a free weekend for the game running from April 12-15 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
