PUBG Miramar Map Gets Release Month for Xbox One

Not too much longer now!

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’ desert map Miramar make its way to Xbox One in May.

PUBG director Brendan Greene shared the news during a panel at PAX East, Polygon reports.

The popular battle royale shooter is currently in Xbox Game Preview and garnered over three million Xbox One players in less than a month after its launch this past December. By the end of January, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds reached 4 million players on Xbox One.

Since its launch on Xbox One, the game has received regular updates. In February, a patch was released to fix bugs and reverse an update that reduces the damage taken when hit by a vehicle.

While the Miramar map made its way to the PC version of PUBG this past December, right now the Xbox One version only features the Erangel map. For our thoughts on the console version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, check out IGN’s PUBG Xbox One Preview review.
