Stranger Things Comic to Explore the Upside Down

Dark Horse will publish the series.

Netflix’s popular sci-fi adventure series, Stranger Things, will soon have its very own comic book series, published by Dark Horse.

According to a report from EW, the four-issue miniseries will be written by Jody Houser and illustrated by Stefano Martino. The story will center on Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) during his time in the Upside Down in the first season. Dark Horse’s president, Mike Richardson, had this to say in a statement to the outlet.

“Dark Horse is known for championing stories and storytellers,” Richardson said. “We are so excited to work with Netflix to bring the world of Stranger Things to comics.”

This miniseries is the first in a long line of new stories to come from the world of Stranger Things. You can pick up Stranger Things #1 at your local comic book shop on September 26.
