In Fallout 76, you can find Bobbleheads while exploring Appalachia, and can be collected – but they have changed in the way they affect the player.
Unlike previous Fallout games, both Bobbleheads and Magazines no longer provide permanent bonuses. Once obtained, they will remain in your inventory until they are “consumed”, at which point they will grant a bonus for a full hour – the bonus matching close to what that item did in previous fallout games. If you are able to find a second collectible of the same type, you can use it again to refill the current timer.
Currently, it is not known if Bobbleheads appear in specific locations, or if they are randomly placed in the world – as once a person grabs a Bobblehead, they disappear from the world in that instance.
Depending on the type of Bobblehead, they can grant different bonus, as seen below:

Below you will find a list of all locations in which bobbleheads have been documented to appear. Note that even if you find a specific bobblehead type in this location, it is not guaranteed you will always find one on other visits, or that they will be in exact same spot at a given location.
At the Tyler County Fairgrounds, located in the northwest of The Forest, a Bobblehead has been sighted. Search the party shed on the corner of the property (which has jack-o-lanterns and birthday party supplies), and you may find a bobblehead on the long table behind a few plastic pumpkin baskets.
Another Bobblehead may be found over by the games section on the south side of the fairgrounds, hiding on top of one of the token machines.
At the WV Lumber Co, found in the far Northwest area of The Forest, you can locate a bobblehead hiding behind a fallen filing cabinet in one of the far sheds on the north side, near a vending machine.
The Landview Lighthouse is located just to the east of Vault 76, perched on a large hill. Enter the lighthouse and start climbing up while looking out the small windows and you may see a Bobblehead resting there.
The Horizon’s Rest is a crashed airliner located on the central east side of The Forest, and is comprised of both a crashed ship and a makeshift settlement built around an electrical tower. A Bobblehead has been sighted here in the main cockpit of the Horizon’s Rest, between the two pilot seats.
Up in the far Northwest of the Toxic Valley, north of Hemlock Holes is a small raider camp. Looking along the north side of the camp past the tower along a rock wall by a crafting station, you may find a bobblehead on the crates here.
At the large water park in the Toxic Valley, there may be multiple places to find a Bobblehead.
One location includes finding the Bobblehead in the mouth of the giant gator ride, but be wary of bear traps and spikes left behind.
A Bobblehead can also be found at the engine room behind the large pool area on the south side of the park, checking near the workstations you may find a bobblehead placed on the tool board.
In the small trailer park located not far to the east of Wavy Willard’s Water Park, look into the mostly intact trailers, you may find a bobblehead left behind on one of the desks by a broken terminal.
The large multi-story wooden lodge located east of the water park, head into the basement of the Black Bear Lodge, and you may find a Bobblehead in the same room as the robot AI that runs the place.
The Pleasant Valley Ski Resort is an abandoned Raider base located next to the Top of the World attraction, in the middle of the Savage Divide. A bobblehead has been documented here inside the main lodge’s bottom floor where a Raider Bot merchant is stationed – look behind his kiosk at a shelf full of teddy bears to find the bobblehead at the end.
The Ripper Alley is a small raider base built into the side of a cliff on the road to the West Tek Research Center in the middle of Savage Divide. Head towards the back of the cave and look along the rock walls to the right, and you might find a bobblehead perched on the rocks.
The US-13C-Bivoauc location can be found just past the West Tek Research Center on the mid-eastern edge of the Savage Divide. If you look in the main tents next to the skeleton of a scientist, you may find a Bobblehead sitting near him.
The Treetops is a large and expansive tree house located on the south edge of The Mire, and often guarded by a high level enemy. Slip past them up into the treehouse, and you may find a Bobblehead among some bowling pins on one of the first levels.
Keep going up, you may also find another Bobblehead on a higher level on a table.
The Firebase Major is a ruined military camp south of Camp Venture on the edge of the Cranberry Bog. Check the main tent full of crates and you may find a Bobblehead here too.
